Silicones, Inc: XP-727

XP-727 is a two-component, room temperature vulcanized, 1:1 mix ratio, addition reaction silicone rubber suitable for mold making or special effects. It cures to a low durometer, resulting in a rubber with high elongation, high tensile strength and high tear resistance. It is a great choice for glove molds and animatronics. Its translucency makes it easily colored with a silicone dispersed pigment to meet your specifications. You may add SI-661 to create a brushable or thixotropic version. XP-727 will stick to itself after curing, allowing it to be painted within 24 hours.
